Week 71 - El Niño Jesus

Well it has been a few weeks since I have sent out an email because we have been very busy with a lot of things. This past week we went to the temple and it was a great experience where I really could feel the Spirit. We don't get to go very often so I tried to take advantage of it and really soak up the experience. We also had our mission's Christmas activity and there I got to see a lot of good friends and old companions. There are some photos attached below.

We are officially halfway through the month of December and every night we have had a family home evening with members where they invite their friends/acquaintances so they can learn more about the Gospel as well. There is a video called "The Christ Child" and we use the video to share about Christ's birth and talk about the meaning of it in our lives. We have had a few awesome experiences with the members and their testimonies to those they invited. I have tried to study more about His birth and my testimony has truly grown. I have come to understand more about the condescension of God as it talks about in 1 Nephi 11 and truly the sacrifice that Christ made for us.
